Lucky for you, Jack’s Myrtle Beach surf lessons is conveniently located at one of the very few “surf zones” in Myrtle Beach.
We like to think we have one of the best surf breaks in town right in our backyard. Our location at the Springmaid Pier is centrally located and great for exploring Myrtle Beach.
For the parents who want to let their kids surf for a couple hours while they explore, feel free, there is plenty to see and do in walking distance. For the couple that gets the afternoon munchies after their surf session, grab a bite at either Barnacle Bar and Grill or Damon’s Grill just up the beach.
With the Myrtle Beach State Park just south of us, the strip of beach surrounding the Springmaid Pier is one of the least populated, and most beautiful areas on the grand strand. Take a walk on the Springmaid Pier and see what the fishermen are catching for dinner or stroll down the beach and pick from the land of the many shells. These are all things you can expect at our awesome beach front location.
When you arrive at the pier you should notice a white parking garage across the street. Parking is $10.00 (subject to change) in that garage or free on the street. After you park, walk down to the pier and you will notice a surf shack with surfboards next to it. Please check in with us at our booth.
Often times, upon early arrival, the instructors will still be in the water with students of the previous lessons. We want to thank you in advance for your patience as the instructors work hard at each lesson and may need a short breather before their next lesson.
